My personal feeling is Kaiser subscribes to a lower standard of health care than other providers. This is the “model” that Obama wants for the entire US! They absolutely ration health care and they certainly diagnose problems more “creatively” (their margins for diagnosing conditions are different/more tolerant). Outdated medication. Just don’t get me started on them…
