Great interview Mike, one of your best. I have the book ordered, and am awaiting deliver. I have a question……Jack talked about the “Gain to Pain Ratio”…can you suggest (or as Jack) what a good Gain to Pain ratio would be on a daily and/or monthly basis. What ratios did the traders in the book achieve??
